I love it! My little one popped up at the kitchen counter shortly after her second birthday when I was chopping tomatoes. She had a plastic knife of dubious origins in her hand and demanded “let me help you!” I distracted her long enough to swap out the knife for a fresh one from the box and handed her her own cutting board and a slice of tomato to chop. She’s going to be a chef before she learns to read at this rate.

I love a 2 years old enthusiasm. My little one grabs a chair and push it towards the countertop the second I ask “would you like to cook with me?”
