		<description>Yum! We miss the wild King salmon that we used to get back in the Bay Area.  Over here in Kuching we can only get frozen farmed salmon.

If you can get some salmon bones, you can scrape the meat and make wild salmon cakes with kaffir lime leaf.  Check out our site for the recipe!
