		<description>That&#039;s so true. Everyone thinks their Hummus is the &quot;best&quot;.  I buy my tahini at Wholefoods and I only add one Tablespoon per can of G Beans and lots of lemon.  Its the best.</description>

		<description>I am normally too lazy to have tahini on hand but have always had good results with substituting peanut butter.  Also, I have switched to using a blender for a smoother result.

True enough about playing with the recipe, though... part of its beauty is that hummus can be customized, but that&#039;s also part of its curse.
