Yeah, I liked the lychees nut not THAT much. Maybe it was that particular brand? So I thought about pineapple as well.
My only problem with pineapple is that if their taste is not perfect, they kinda kill my taste buds!

I couldn’t find lychees at my grocery shop so I bought pineapples instead. Very yummy !

Hm, I wonder if I could use fresh Rambutans; they’re similar to lychees, and they are in season right now here in Kuching.

These are on my list, too! A neighbor made a chicken & lychee dish last year and I never got the recipe. I can’t wait to try this! And…the cookbook has been ordered – arrives this week!
