This is the first thing I ever made from Julia when I was like 14 and I found MTAFC under the basement stairs (shows you how much my mom cooked). I love this recipe more than PB&J and mac and cheese combined! Nice picture.

I just did an article on the potato for the newspaper that I write for and….included the potage Parmentier in the article. Great minds think a like! I did a bunch of research on the potato and what a amazing history! I will post the article later this week. You’ll have to stop by for a visit. ♥
