YUM! I am putting this together for dessert tonight, I was thinking of whipping up the solids from some coconut milk and folding that together with the whipped cream to top it off Can’t wait to see how it turns out!

if i can’t have apple pie a la mode, coconut cream pie is my alternative of choice. this one just so happens to be the lovliest i’ve ever seen, and i reckon it has the potential to bump apple pie from the top!
