Hi Nurit,I recently visited ur blog and i loved it. In fact i have gone through most of your earlier posts. I live in Dubai and i tired ur Linguine with Shrimp Scampi recipe however with penne pasta. It came out really well. I have never baked so far but tempted to try ur cake recipes. I was wondering why u don’t include juices in your diet, i always thought that juices are healthy.

Perfect name for a cookbook as far as I’m concerned. That’s what it’s all about. Real food, as opposed to the “health food” they try to pass as such on supermarket shelves.

I read a review of this on Amazon. They said some good things. This is part of the slow food movement.

I have been moving more and more towards traditional foods – they’re interesting in their own way and offer a cleaner, lighter way to eat.
