The website has over 400 meals that are planned out by a dietitian, containing 500 calories or less, tips etc. etc.  Just thought I would pass it on.</description>

		<description>When I have a chance to eat out, I consider it a very special time--not that I go overboard but still I like to feel like I&#039;ve actually had a treat by eating out. So I tend to try and order the lo-fat items on the menu but sometimes I do have the bread served at the beginning of the meal. Remembering that I can go easy during the week, helps me splurge just a bit if we eat out.</description>

		<description>Great post Nurit!  I really don&#039;t like buffets, the food usually isn&#039;t that good but you pay so much that you feel like you should eat a lot to get your money&#039;s worth.  I almost always feel sick after a buffet restaurant.  My husband and I often split an entree and sometimes an appetizer, it saves money and is usually enough.  We also rarely eat out.  But I think I&#039;ll be indulging at our Sunday dinner!</description>
