Hiiiiiiiiiiiii you,
Well well well, I’m happy to announce a new giveaway.
1. I have a second copy of the fantastic Ray’s Boathouse cookbook (a famous restaurant in Seattle, read about it here) to give to a commentator. Starting today, March 18th, and ending April 5th, one copy of the cookbook will be given to a random commentator (but the more you comment, the bigger is your chance to win, right?!). You can comment on any post. Limited to the US and Canada (sorry).
2. Also, there’s another giveaway going on right now and ending on March 31st, for the “Cake Collection” – see more details here.

And, meanwhile, enjoy this song and video. It will make you feel all nice and warm and fluffy…

I would love a cookbook from Ray’s, being a Seattleite! And I’ve seen that video, it’s so cool!

A new cookbook would be heaven. You know how hard it is to cook out of a book from 1973.. ugh. Lol I wasn’t even born until 1980,lol
Great site!

Do you have any recommended recipes for a Passover Walnut Cake (does this count as a comment? I’d love to have the book . . . )

Karen, I didn’t have time to think about Passover. Maybe you can substitute another type of flour in this cake: http://www.familyfriendlyfood.com/2009/02/little-not-red-riding-hood-and-a-cake/, Matzo meal or something like that.
How about a flourless chocolate cake or a custard, like crème brulee?
