What a wonderful meal! We live in Olympia and have heard of Ray's Boathouse way down here and I hear they are legendary and sometime when we are up there without kiddos, we are going there. You just convinced me that I have to go eat there. Yes I know your dilemma about people not knowing the difference between all the salmon here, I run into that also when we travel. Awesome 24-24-24 submission! I, too, am a “what type of salmon is it?” person (although I'm guilty of using artificial crab meat and the like when I'm cooking at home for just myself...oops). Greetings!
Congratulations and compliments on a great article!
The Japanese do have a lot of influence in Seattle, don’t they?
After all they own the Mariners!
What people know less is the vast amountof great wine made in the neighbourhood! Even the French know about it!
Pinot Noir is one of the main grapes used in my birthplace Bourgogne.
One day I will have to decide whether I speak English, French or Japanese when talking of food! LOL
