Dear blog readers and subscribers,
It’s time for another weekly meal plan suggestion. As always, mix and match according to what you and your family like to eat.

A reminder – one day left to vote for your favorite animal – is it chicken/fish/lamb/beef/pork, so I know what kind of recipes you are looking for. The poll is on the right side column.

Also, I encourage you to subscribe to the blog to get updates (it’s FREE), and, to share it with your friends… (We have added a “ShareThis” button at the end of each post).

So what’s on the menu?
